Washington College has initiated a committee of faculty, staff, students and alumni to determine an official mascot for Washington College. Within the next year WC will design, create and introduce a unique character mascot that will represent the spirit, strength and character that is Washington College. Defining a character mascot does not, in anyway, eliminate our current identity as Shoremen or Shorewomen, nor does it eliminate any of our other branding icons. The Mascot Committee invites you to play a huge part in helping us select a mascot that will live on for eternity at Washington College.
